Fifteen years of fixing failed installations taught us how to do it right
In 2009, Marcus Pemberton was running a general building firm in South London. The same problem kept appearing: newly installed windows that failed within months.
Not because of the products. Because of how they were installed.
After fixing dozens of botched jobs, he realized the industry had a fundamental problem. Speed over precision. Price over performance. Contractors who learned installation in days, not years.
We stopped competing on price. We started competing on outcome.
That meant longer installation times. Detailed pre-surveys. Training programs that most installers won't commit to. Products sourced from manufacturers who prioritize performance over retail margin.
It also meant turning down jobs. If the building isn't suitable, we say so. If the timeline doesn't allow proper installation, we don't take it.
Every installation follows the same process. Survey first. Identify issues most companies ignore. Quote accurately, not cheaply. Install properly, not quickly.
We limit monthly installations to maintain quality. Our installers work in pairs and take the time needed. We warranty both the product and the installation because we control both.
We identify problems before quoting, not after payment
Three-month training minimum, ongoing certification required
Fifteen-year warranty means we build for durability
If we can't do it properly, we don't do it
